Ride Over Rainbows in British Columbia! Come and celebrate the 21st year of Ride Over the Rainbow! The trails get better and better! This challenging trail, on and around the Coutlee Plateau Southwest of Merritt, includes 8,900’ of vertical gain over 100 miles on logging roads and cow and game trails. Views are of four separate valleys and mountain ranges. For more info see the Information Sheet.
NEWS June 18/10:
The 30 mile is now a 25.
Patchet Road has been logged both sides all the way in from Coldwater Road. The distance to the RH turnoff is about 6 3/4 klicks. We will have ribbon out - no trees left to tie to or to hammer to though..... The road which you do not take that we always had a NO sign on before runs parallel to Patchet (now that one can see it). Still Don't take that one.
No water in camp till Friday. Creeks are running well.
